The founder of P3, Phelim is a Trinity College Dublin Engineering Graduate. He is a hands-on leader with a proven ability to sell and deliver high-end products to blue chip companies. He graduated as a manufacturing engineering specialising in “Lean Engineering”. He spent two years working in manufacturing facilities throughout Europe, running projects introducing lean manufacturing processes. On returning to Ireland, he changed his career into IT and received a Masters and a Diploma in Computer Science from both DIT and Trinity College Dublin. He founded P3 in 2001, and has grown both the company and his experience in the hospitality sector over the past 20 years.
After graduating from Trinity College Dublin with a mechanical engineering degree, Peter realised that his entrepreneurial drive was best served in IT, so completed a one-year post-grad in Computer Science at University College Dublin. After gaining extensive coding and design experience with large blue-chip companies in Telecomms and Utilities Peter joined P3 to apply that know-how to P3's hotel solutions. Peter enjoys making technology do the complex-work, whether that be for large hotel chains or boutique hotels. The methodical approach gained from his engineering degree coupled with his team-leading ability in roles in a number of sports clubs and bodies gives Peter the qualities needed to lead the technology decisions and software design at P3.
John joined as Chairman of the Board in July 2016. He is a former managing partner of KPMG and Chief Executive of Fyffes PLC. He has been the director of a number of Irish companies including Bank of Ireland, Rabo Bank Ireland and First Active PLC (Chairman), Glanbia PLC, East Telecom, and Topaz Energy (Chairman).
Our UX/UI design team is involved in all of our projects, from design architecture to functional layout, from the kick-off-meeting with the customer. They are ready to create, change and refine the product design before development commences. Our design team works closely with our customers to meet their expectations and make sure the solution fits seamlessly into their brand guidelines.
Our development team is behind the entire product implementation and is involved in building, coding and testing every product launch. We are continuously innovating our products and introducing new features, and our developers ensure that releases roll out smoothly and efficiently. Our technical team is always available to discuss aspects of our products' integrations or help with any troubleshooting issues.
Our support team and our technical account managers have an expert understanding of our technology solutions and OPERA. They are ready to assist our clients with world class levels of support and to advise them on how to best resolve any issues quickly and efficiently. Through our ticketing system, our support team collects and tracks all customer support interactions and assigns them to the development team.
