P3 was born as a web design agency, and we proudly started working with Jurys Doyle Group as our first hotel group customer.
We decided to shift our offering to focus entirely on the hospitality industry. That's when we introduced our first booking engine solution, at the time for the Carlton Hotel Group.
With opportunities arising, we began to expand our business beyond Ireland, partnering with hotels and chains in the UK & European markets.
After a few years of integrating with the OPERA product, we recognised the potential of Oracle Hospitality and made the strategic decision to focus our R&D efforts exclusively around OPERA.
We launched our Online check-in/out as a seamless solution to reduce the workload at the front desk and free up staff to focus on delivering better guest services.
As innovation-driven, we continued our product expansion by introducing our self-service Kiosk system and scaled up the development team in a new office in Romania.
P3 secured investments from Enterprise Ireland and BVP to drive the company's business into North America and the DACH region. Consequently, in that same year, we started our operations in Germany.
We marked a significant milestone by launching our operations in Colorado, officially setting up the P3 pressence in North America.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
With experience in software development & engineering and project management, Phelim founded P3 in 2000. Since then, he has consistently grown both the company and his expertise in the travel and hospitality sectors. He is a results-oriented and hands-on leader with a natural ability to embrace innovation and deliver high-end solutions to hotels.
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
After gaining extensive coding and design experience with large blue-chip companies in Telecomms and Utilities, Peter joined P3 as the leader of technology decisions and software design. He is passionate about using technology to facilitate complex workflows, whether it is for large hotel chains or boutique hotels.
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Niall is a seasoned professional with a strong background in IT and a passion for the hospitality industry. He joined P3 as a Technical Account Manager before transitioning to his current position as Chief Operating Officer. As well as being adaptable and agile, Niall brings a technological fluency to his role, driving operational excellence and fostering growth within the organisation.
Chairman
John, appointed Board Chairman in July 2016, brings a wealth of experience to P3. A former managing partner of KPMG and Chief Executive of Fyffes PLC, he has directed a number of companies including Bank of Ireland, Rabo Bank Ireland and First Active PLC,Glanbia PLC, Esat Telecom, and Topaz Energy.
