P3 offers two booking engines: Essential and Custom.

The Essential is a templated-style booking engine perfect for hotels looking for a simple and quick solution to capture direct bookings. We add your own logos, colors, fonts and images into this template to create a design style that is true to your brand. You can easily edit your rooms, rates and packages content through our CMS system.

The Custom is perfect for larger independent hotels and hotel chains looking for a customizable booking engine. Building a Customized booking engine is a longer process as we take the time to understand your hotel, your product offering and your typical guests' profiles to create a unique booking experience that truly reflects the look & feel of your website style.

With the Custom booking engine, P3 can also build additional integration and functionality to help support your overall e-commerce strategy.

We integrate with OPERA versions from 5.5 on-premise and hosted through OWS and OPERA Cloud through OHIP.
From the moment the client signs the contract and provides the visual assets & brand guidelines, P3 will take approximately 5 days to turn around your Essential Booking Engine.

In parallel, you will be working with Oracle to facilitate P3 having access to your OPERA client. With OPERA 5.5 on-premise solution, you'll require an OWS license which can take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks to get set up and installed. If you have OPERA Cloud installed, you can enable access to OHIP for P3 directly through your access controls in the OPERA platform.
No, P3 is not a channel manager provider. P3 provides solutions that enable a fully interconnected guest journey powered by our core products of Booking Engine and Online Check-in/out. Additional products include Metasearch Connector, Self Check-in/out Kiosks, Corporate & Loyalty Software and Gift Vouchers.

Oracle Hospitality can provide direct access to Online Travel Agencies through its ODS module.
At the moment, P3 only works with hotels using Oracle OPERA. The reason for that is that all our solutions are directly integrated with OPERA and offer a very streamlined data flow to ensure ease of use for both customers and hotel staff. We have a singular focus on OPERA in order to deliver the level of quality and efficiency that we expect for our products.
We integrate securely with the major payment companies including FreedomPay, Global Payments, Adyen, PXP Financial, Stripe, 3C Payment, WorldPay, PayPal, Elavon, Opayo by Elavon, Shift4 Payments and PayU.
Payment processing is a key part of the customer journey. One of the biggest advantages of payment integration is selling advance purchase rates or securing booking deposits against holiday season rates, for example requesting a 20% deposit for Christmas packages. 

By having payment integration on your booking engine, you allow guests to instantly secure their reservations and pay in real-time using their credit cards. This eliminates the need for your front of house staff to manually handle and process credit cards which then reduces the risk of chargebacks.
